Solid Surface Wall Panels are Low Maintenance
Until recently, solid surface had taken a back seat to the likes of other natural and engineered products, yet its capabilities have been clearly understated and undervalued. The benefits of using Corian® Solid Surface for designer wall panels are numerous. The material is low maintenance, meaning no painting, sanding or grout work required. It resists erosion and is UV resistant, as well as stain resistant and antimicrobial. It is also easy to clean and can even be back-lit for a more distinct inimitable effect.

M.R. Walls’ Unique Fabrication
Derived from bauxite ore, Corian® is a synthetic product made of acrylic polymer and alumina trihydrate (ATH). Using a patent-pending software technology that contains the design and the installation process, the solid surface panels are carved with a low-level robotic CNC-type machine. M.R. Walls arrive in puzzle pieces, instead of panels, and are precisely cut so that they interlock creating a seamless design experience. The process allows for organized complexity and unlimited scaling, as well as endless design and color possibilities.

The beauty of the system is that the M.R. Walls wall panels can be connected to make one massive surface, without the appearance of seams. The 3D designs created within the hi-tech software combined with the abilities of the CNC machine paves the way for non-repeatable patterns inspired by nature.
Residential and Commercial Wall Cladding Installations
This innovative surfacing system is put together onsite. The multi-dimensional walls are installed with ease and bonded to drywall with silicone. Found in both commercial and residential venues, they are enjoyed as feature walls anywhere you want to make a statement. They can even be designed to curve around corners or up and around windows. For larger, more complex architectural or commercial installations, taped drywall and scaffolding are required.
